First of all, I must confess I do not have much familiarity with smooth clams but sooner or later I had to start and I'm very curious. Then I have a husband as curious and gourmand as I am, which is often a treasure trove of valuable suggestions, dictated by common sense. Yeah, common sense because we had to fight with their sand! At the end we were still able to win it :)) On this occasion, we also tested a new very special pasta made with Saragolla wheat.
