Sauce made with mayonnaise, mustard and whipped cream to accompany fish and shellfish

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons whipped cream

Mix mayonnaise with mustard but, at the beginning, you should use only 1/2 teaspoon of mustard and then increase, gradually, its quantity, according to your taste.
Add whipped cream, stirring very gently.
You can vary the quantities of whipped cream and mayonnaise.
