You have to know that the most important thing is that pizza has to be divided into four portions. Every quarter represents one season. So I use white mushrooms for autumn, ham for winter because in Italy we kill pork in this season, artichokes for spring and fish for summer. But it could work very well whatever your imagination suggests as long as there are four different segments. Some people use cottage cheese for winter (snow), asparagus for spring, only tomato for summer and mushrooms for fall. In short, a vegetarian version of four seasons pizza.
