  • 400g (14 ounces) ripe but firm tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 160g (5.6 ounces) can tuna in oil

Tuna-and-tomato spaghetti recipe

This recipe, that may seem banal, has always a great success with my guests; besides you don't need particular ingredients and that is a good thing for making fast spaghetti!!!

Meanwhile you're cooking spaghetti, prepare its sauce. Let garlic fry lightly in olive oil together with red hot chilli pepper; then add tomatoes, tuna (remember to drip oil very well) and olive cream. Season to taste with salt and cook for few minutes.
Drain pasta very well and dress with this sauce.
You can also eat this pasta dish cold: it tastes fantastic in this way too!
