Six intense months in which I have been enthusiastic to experiment and learn about this living being that never ceases to amaze me. Hard to kill it. More likely it gives you a lot of satisfaction. An example? I was able to make people who say they are not lovers of whole wheat products eat such bread and pastries ;)) My sourdough is semi-liquid and works well with whole wheat flour. It has a nice smell of bread, not acid. I prefer it this way!
