First of all my shape is different because I prefer the classic structure of a ring as you see in the picture that also allows me to garnish it as I wish. And then I'm free to choose the ingredients and sugar dosage I prefer. My recipe is quite long because it requires several risings and therefore time and patience as well as some practice in making dough.
