A coktail made with citrus fruit , brandy and prosecco

Ingredients

  • 15 Kumquats (Chinese mandarins)
  • 200 ml (7fl oz - 2/3 cup) of brandy
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 bottle of cool Prosecco
  • Angostura

Cut 15 Chinese mandarins in two halves and put them in a jug with brandy and sugar. Make them steep at least for 6 hours.
Just before serving, add a bottle of cool "Prosecco" and sprinkle with Angostura.
